Refund & Returns Policy

STYLECHUM EXCHANGE GUIDELINES:

If you encounter any of the following situations, please reach out to us:

  • The product type or model delivered doesn’t match your order.
  • The product quantity is less than what you ordered.
  • There’s a discrepancy in the product description on the Stylechum website.

Upon receiving your order, inspect it thoroughly and confirm its condition with the delivery personnel. This confirmation is crucial for any subsequent complaints, exchanges, or returns. Should you face any of the issues above, notify Stylechum within 30 days of delivery.

RETURN POLICY FOR THE US AND VIETNAM:

Currency Information:

  • All transactions are conducted in USD (US Dollar).
  • No additional charges are applied.

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS:

Customer Dissatisfaction: If you mistakenly purchase an item, deem it unsuitable, or simply change your mind, you’ll bear the return shipping costs. We accept returns of products in their original state with the manufacturer’s label intact. Refunds will be up to 80% of the purchase price and processed via PayPal.

Product Defects: For defective or damaged items, customers will bear return shipping costs and must liaise directly with the carrier.

CONDITIONS FOR REFUSING EXCHANGE OR RETURN:

We won’t accept exchange or return requests in the following cases:

  • Goods confirmed and signed for 30 days post-delivery.
  • Opened items, including tampered product labels (shipping cover is an exception).
  • Unnotified product type or model change requests.
  • External damages like scratches due to mishandling.
  • Misuse-induced damages.
  • Warranty requisites like retaining invoice aren’t met.
  • No feedback 30 days post-delivery despite acknowledging the item’s condition.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

  • Handling of returns/exchanges takes up to two weeks after receiving all required customer information.
  • Exchanges and repairs adhere to Stylechum’s guidelines.
  • Exchanges are only valid for items acknowledged within 30 days of delivery.

PRODUCT CONDITION FOR RETURNS:

Your returned item must be untouched, in the same new condition as received, and in its original packaging. Certain items, like perishables, intimate goods, hazardous materials, and flammable substances, are non-returnable.

RETURN PROCEDURE:

  • Returns and exchanges are accepted via shipping.

REFUND POLICY AT STYLECHUM:

We offer refunds in the following scenarios:

  • Discrepancies between the received product and its website description.
  • Manufacturer defects.
  • Shipping-induced deformities.
  • Opened items, provided they’re returned within 30 days from delivery and Stylechum’s warranty label remains intact.

SALES ITEMS: Only full-priced items qualify for refunds. Sale items are non-refundable.

COMPLETE REFUND:

Upon receiving the returned product, we’ll process a full refund, inclusive of transaction and shipping fees. Refund timelines may vary and will be processed within 14 business days, following Stylechum’s refund guidelines.
